In the FIRST IADCRO INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS against BSL, has been demonstrated scientifically the nonexistence of Dangerous or Potentially Dangerous breeds dogs. Mr. Demetrio Madrid ex-Deputy and ex-Senator, speaker with the others SCIENTISTS in the IADCRO Congress .
